With over 40 years of experience in healthcare, including 25+ years in executive leadership paired with a clinical background as a Registered Nurse, I possess invaluable, informed insights on what makes a healthcare organization operate well. I specialize in identifying practice and operational gaps, formulating strategies to propel organizations forward, and mentoring individuals as they work toward the established operational goals. I help your hospitals and clinics transform into a place where people want to work and where patients leave feeling cared for.
